Rental Process
If you would like to have a tour of Dundurn Student Residence please contact us at
rentals@hillcrestproperties.ca.
Please fill out the
Reservation Form
if you are interested in living here a $300 deposit, made payable to Hillcrest Properties 1 Ltd. is required.
Once we find you an available room to your satisfaction, please fill out the
Lease Agreement
and submit this to our main office along with payment.
Please make all cheques payable to Hillcrest Properties 1 Ltd.
